The Horatio Alger Association has a network of nearly 70 volunteers located around the country who serve as localized representatives of the Association to promote the Horatio Alger scholarship opportunities to
eligible students in their state.

Become a Field Director

Representing a nation-wide network of volunteers, our Field Directors serve as regional representatives and promote our scholarship opportunities among low-income youth within their respective states, offering hope for those pursuing their academic aspirations. If you are an educator or work with low-income college-bound students and are interested in volunteering, please review our Field Directors Guide and join us in driving awareness and access to the Association’s transformative scholarships
